You will also find on the 3rd floor a communal space with a small kitchen, ping pong table, swing, lounge area, and several other bathrooms.

General Features

We feature expansive loft-style industrial windows that flood the space with gorgeous natural light. The morning hours boast the brightest illumination, with the sun streaming in most vividly between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. As the day progresses, the light remains stunning, albeit less direct, casting a warm glow into the late afternoon. Our flowing curtains offer the option to conceal the brick walls, and blackout curtains are also available for added versatility and ambiance control. Additionally, the lighting can be adjusted from warm white to daylight bright white upon request, allowing you to tailor the atmosphere to your preferences.

There are ample free parking spots available both behind the Imperial Lofts building and in front, adjacent to Attelier Archibald. When parking within the on-site parking lot, kindly use unmarked parking spaces. Parking in front of the loading dock is strictly prohibited. Please take a moment to observe the signage indicating designated parking areas before leaving your vehicle.

Please be advised that Alcove Creative Space cannot be held liable for vehicles that are booted or towed. We urge you to thoroughly review all signage prior to vacating your vehicle.

While our space is not completely soundproof, rest assured that we're situated in a tranquil corner of the building.

Nestled on the 3rd floor within the industrial charm of Imperial Lofts, we enjoy a serene environment where noise is very minimal. While everyday sounds may occasionally filter through the walls, our location offers a peaceful ambiance for your creative endeavors.

Experience seamless accessibility with our convenient cargo lift, offering easy access from outside to just a few feet from our studio space. The cargo lift provides a hassle-free way to transport equipment, props, and supplies, ensuring a smooth setup for your creative endeavors. To use the cargo lift, kindly inform us in advance so that we can provide assistance. Please note that for security purposes, the cargo lift is not available for use during late evenings and weekends. Its operational hours are from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

In the event of a malfunction, whether caused by negligence or not, a minimum fee of $150 will be charged to restore the cargo lift to operation if it is used outside of these specified hours.

Should you require the use of the cargo lift during late evenings or weekends, please reach out to us in advance so that we may accommodate your request accordingly.
