2.1 The renter is responsible for any damage to the studio property or equipment during the rental period.

2.2 Studio facilities and equipment should be used in accordance with provided guidelines.

2.3 The Alcove Creative Space is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the rental period.

3. Equipment and Property:

3.1 Any equipment or property borrowed or rented from The Alcove Creative Space must be returned in the same condition as received.

3.2 The renter is liable for any loss, damage, or theft of equipment or property during the rental period.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1 The renter and their team must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

4.2 Any activities deemed dangerous, illegal, or unethical may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.

5.2 The Alcove Creative Space is not liable for any disruptions or interruptions to services due to unforeseen circumstances.
